What

I do

With a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to innovation, I specialize in creating visually compelling solutions across digital interfaces, print materials, and more. From graphic design to user experience, each project reflects my commitment to crafting compelling visuals and intuitive experiences. Dive in to explore how I bring ideas to life through thoughtful design solutions that aim to inspire and engage.

It is important to find a modern visual language for your company. Besides logo, corporate typeface, colour concept and visual language, it is not uncommon to define the tonality in texts and publications or the employees' appearance.

I help to jointly develop a corporate design that translates the company's value propositions into a consistent visual communication and helps promote sustainable recognition and identity — both internally and externally.

Websites in modern web design with a contemporary UX - flexible and fast thanks to no-code. I am always on the lookout for tools that make the development on websites and apps easier and more accessible for designers.

I have been successfully working and implementing web design projects myself with Webflow since 2020. This allows me to reduce development costs and maintain complete control over the design.

Catalogues, magazines and publications have one thing in common: many pages, many pictures, much text. An overarching, attractive design concept facilitates the layout of the document and reduces errors. Easy content integration and a short line to project management are important in order to identify and tackle challenges in good time.

My strength is not only to take on design tasks in the process but also to anticipate problems. Because in the end, you should want to have the publication on your bookshelf just as much as your favourite novel.

With social media and branding it is always key to keep consistent engagement with your platforms. I provide guidance with developing a social media guideline, and creating content that is impactful and will help communicate the brand’s goals and services.

Design advice

Whether you want to implement a design, you're not a designer yourself or you're looking for a third party opinion on existing concepts — at some point you need an expert opinion on the subject or you need creative and conceptual input. I can identify conceptual and design points that make sense and help the graphics team bring fresh ideas to their layouts. It's important for me to understand issues in order to give qualified feedback, so I feed back my input in an equally understandable, clear and project-related way.

Finding solutions

Project-oriented problem solutions with and without compromise. With me, you get a commitment to the matter at hand. Measures that are discussed and worked out together take the pressure off project management or deadline. Just as I take care of my areas of responsibility, I also take care of those who are involved. Here, I support the creative direction or project management with realistic assessments and suggestions on challenges that arise on the project journey.

Ownership

Working alone and self-sufficiently is also possible in a team. As art director, I take responsibility for the artistic and creative activities in the project. This means that I take care of all the things that come along with it — for example, image licences, supervision of photo shoots, budgeting, print approvals and image research — just to name a small part.

I see myself as a mediator and link between project management and the hands-on implementation of the suppliers. I advise and support on the one hand and ensure pragmatic solutions on the other. In all aspects, I deal with customer wishes and supplier requirements in an egalitarian manner, so that timings and plans can be adhered to or re-evaluated.

In all of this, I maintain an overview of my area of responsibility and communicate questions and problems early on. Balanced expectation and implementation management is important to me in order to be able to stand by the results of my work, while remaining open to new impulses and ideas.

Print and Digital

Print is my profession, digital my passion. As a studied print designer, I can advise and realise comprehensively in terms of print production. I am equally comfortable with digital projects that require web design, websites, mailings, content management, social media campaigns or banners.

My strength is being able to assess project scopes and implementations on both the analogue and digital side. This allows me a better overview of possible challenges and ensures solid design concepts and design systems.
